Beyond Trails: Chance Running, maximum performance, miminum footprint
A brand created by Christian Meier that will help you to have the chance to make the change.
In an industry dominated by major brands such as Salomon, Nike, Hoka, and The North Face, new projects are emerging seeking to earn their place, whether in the closet, wrist or in the heads of our fellow runners.
These are the brands that we want you to know by presenting them in the Beyond Trails segment.
After a few years in which we have not seen major innovations in the sport of Trail Running, fortunately, we have seen the emergence of new brands, which seek to respond to the increasing demand from runners.
And, if we are here looking to go “beyond trails”, our first brand does exactly that by going beyond being just another clothing brand focused on fashion and performance, since it is also looking to do good for the planet.
⬆️ Chance Running
Chance Running was launched at the end of 2021 by the ultrarunner and former pro road cyclist, Christian Meier who is already working on his fifth business.
The biggest differentiating factor of this project is to create clothing that not only contributes to a good performance of the runners on trails but also pays attention to details that help reduce the impact on the planet, such as materials, manufacturing techniques, local supply chain of designers.
Here is what happens every time your purchase a product from Chance:
Brand plants two trees with its partner Tree Nation
Offsets 200 kg of carbon
Removes one kilogram of ocean-bound plastic.
Their first collection AROW (Advanced Race Optimized Wear) was launched in Spring 2022. This Summer, Change Running launched Run the Land.
🌍 Brand Mission
#chancetoplant
The main focus of the brand is to allow runners to have “maximum performance, minimal footprint”.
Chance Running is looking forward to create a community of conscious runners who are not only focused on having the best performance but also on taking care of the land and the trails where they run on.
The approach of this brand in the trail running market is clearly positive, similar to new projects that have emerged.
More and more consumers are looking for more than "just" clothing that improves their performance. The purpose is, and should be, greater.
Why not join Chance Running to ensure a tree is planted?
